.exe when talking to shop / getting gear sorted / looting

Hi all,,

i have this Very Very annoying thing that keeps give me .exe,
ive ran windows in safe mode, normal mode, ran the game as admin, normal, all combinations,
no matter what, if i want to sell the crap i collected from looting, if i dont get .exe,
if i want to buy new gear, or if i want to trade my gear i wear for the better gear in bag,
i get .exe except and only if im moving....
wich makes it impossible to use the players market, or almoust impossible to get better gear etc.

anyone has an idea of what this could be? what i could do to help to prevent this?

also happend on other Aion server's, wont tell wich as i think thats advertising wich doesnt belong here as the only advertising is for Gamez Aion
