Farming crops

Is farming broken ? I get 1-2 or 3 sometime none special crops per field, even seeds i get 0 ones or twice per field.

 

I can confirm this. Since the 621 update, i'm getting several crops that either give no loot, or a very small amount of loot. Usually 0-3. It's also happening when breeding the plants. Usually, for special seeds, it's 2-3 per breed, but about 1 in 15 I get 0, or sometimes 1.
In retail, this only happens if the crops are damaged (you didn't kill the pests, etc), but since the window to clear the pests is like 1 minute here, that's impossible.

Also, the hard/sharp rate for farming is dismal. I'm Artisan 10, and in the entire time i've been farming, i've maybe gotten 1-3 hard/sharps.
