Farming crops​

Bug Description:

When you start leveling farming you get reduced gather time, eventually it's gets around 3.7~ seconds and crops are ungatherable, I'm forced to make a new character just to gather my crops off my farm.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Gather crops on a fresh character, then gather on a artisan or higher character. Only way to gather sometimes is when the server is laggy which adds a couple of sec's to the gather.​
