Few Questions - Items, Money and More

Hi Guys,
I just reach level 40 and I am POOR, I mean I have no money at all - I do quests all the time but I have only 5KK (+unique set for level 35)...

where can I get more money (fast)??
what are the prices for items level 55 that are +10 or +15??
where can I get good weapon for gladiator? - I have 40 level and my weapon suxs... ;/
best place to exp from level 40 to 55?

Well the money, you can get when u get to 55(cause when i fully lvl i get like 81million) which is more kinah than what ihave at the moment.

Prices for items +10? Depends on which items, eternal, fabled, heroic..ect.
Good weapon for a glad? Dark Poeta, Abyssal Splinter both which drops good items for a glad(only the last boss though) Which in Dark Poeta, is Tahabata, and in Abyssal Splinter is Yammenses.

best place to go from lvl 40-55, do quests my friend . Elyos side, try doing this lvl 41 quest in heiron called archon of the storms, finish it and go to theobomos, and do the theobomos quest line until you get 55. Easy lvling. On asmo side, do restorying belusan observatory at lvl 41 also i believe, and then go to Brustonin and do "meet the reapers" real easy quests, after doing both you should be if not 55 close to it even without vip/premium
