    ... I was able to create dual race on my account.

    I deleted one of my chars to create a new one and then I noticed that I could go both Asmo and Ely. I'm finally able to trade on both sides ^^

    You gotta have chars of both race on your account so you can make both races, or am I wrong?

    Well, my guess is, that if your account was made before the 2.5 update you'd be able to make characters of diff races .
