Fix my account please.

HI I HAS PREMIUM ACCOUNT BUT I UPGRADE TO VIP ACCOUNT FOR 30 DAYS...SO WHEN VIP GO AWAY PREMIUM GO AWAY TOO SO I HAVE NORMAL ACCOUNT AGAIN....AND PREMIUM IS FOR LIFE..? ISNT IT?

WHY I DONT HAVE PREMIUM?? I SPEND 2000 CREDITS AND I DONT GET PREMIUM SO THAT IS BAD FOR ME..I DONT WANT SPEND 1500 FOR ANOTHER VIP AND 2000 FOR ANOTHER PREMIUM CUZ 30 DAY I SPEND AGAIN THAT AMOUNT..SO PLEASE FIX IT

hola.. compre hace algunos meses mi cuenta premium y despues de un tiempo la vip pero cuando se me acabo la cuenta VIP que solo es de un mes me quitaron tambien la cuenta premium y no tengo nada, gaste 3500 creditos para conseguirlas y no tengo nada, no es justo, yo apoyo al server con donaciones y no es justo que me quiten lo que ya compre..por favor arreglen mi cuentam, por que gano muy poco AP matando asmos, por ejemplo ayer mate al gobernador asmo y solo me tiro 90k de ap cuando antes llegue a conseguir mas de 100k ..espero respuesta:sleeping::sleeping:

I got the same problem. Premium + VIP and my account back to Normal after VIP expired. :andy:
