Flash Of Speed I Skill Bug

Well first of all i might not have posted this in the right area, this is because all the skill bug threads i have found are closed now.

I was playing my sin today and realised one of the new 2.6 skills did not work properly. The skill is called "Flash Of Speed I"
The skill is meant to teleport you 10m forward and remove all immobalization and movement speed reduction debuffs. I dont know if it removes the debuffs as i have not yet needed to utilize this skill for this reason, but i found out that the skill only teleports you 7m infront instead of 10m

After making and uploading this video i realised that the skill also doesnt work while running, you are able to cast the skill while running but it ends up either teleporting you to the same spot or further behind you.
