    Bug Description:
    The Flirt Titel cant be unlocked even when a player has 10 or more NPC Love title.
    I think it only cant unlock when a Player collect the Love in more then 1 week becasue here on Gamez you dont loose the love title after a week when you are not the highest Amity player.
    You also cant confess to NPC's that your are already in Love with. so you cant do it again.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    My Friend collectetd 10 NPC Loves in 1 Week and got the Title.
    I collectetd it in 2-3 Weeks and dont get the titel (I have now 17 npc Title)    ​

    Flirt titles recalculated with server restart. So if server running few weeks - titles didn't recalculated every week.
