Note:
We have reported this issue 4 weeks ago but for a month of waiting for some action, still no help being given. Now that the main thread was moved to Hot Spam, it is much harder to remind the authority about this.

And don't bring the "It's just a General Discussion Section. No biggy!" because I wont buy that. For some reason it's his only account who's experiencing such problems. If this is some sort of bug then for sure some would experience the same thing, but no. It's only his account.
Our reason for reporting is not just to see the General Discussion Section but simply because we want the account to be fixed since there is clearly something wrong with it. And it is like not allowing him to participate to some topics in General Discussion. He did not receive any infractions nor warning the past months, he do not deserve to be banned from the section.

Before this incident, the same forum account encountered a weird problem as well. His account became a "Forum Guest" for no reason. After sending a PM to Alente, he restored the account to normal but since then, he can no longer see the General Discussion Section.

Hopefully, now that this matter is in the right section, they'll do something about it.

Well, that is sad, I kept spamming that thread to keep it in the Latest Post and 'someone' could see it, and got nothing but moved to Hot Spam. Let's hope the force help him(?

 

Yes, about that. We did everything to our browser but still same. So I think it is not about Cookies, Cache, etc..

Yes I understand. But I am guessing that they moved it there due to constant spamming and stuff. Now that I made the thread in the right section, rules are being applied so power posting is not allowed. As the author I should make sure of that to keep this thread here, be attended and not just be moved somewhere to rot.

I already sent him a PM myself and forwarded this thread. I know he have other things to think of right now (like the Crystal Aion-Lumiel merge problems which I am also included because the character I requested for transfer since last night is still not yet being transferred) but hopefully he can still find time and give attention to this =.="

 

Lets hope this doesnt get ignored just like the previous one that you linked in your original post ^^
