Free Fly?

I cant fly but i did all the steps and my system.ovr is write these:

-- [System-Configuration]
-- add your settings to this file, not system.cfg
-- Also setup for ACT [Advanced Combat Tracker]
-- so no system.ovr modification is needed.

is it right? i cant fly in anyplace except the citis with fly enabled, like verteron or heiron, but i cant get out of those flying!

 

system.ovr is disabled in 2.5. but you can use a .bat to enable console,chatlog,freefly,etc. but somehow it seems Freefly is disabled server-side. because i could fly everwhere a day ago, now not.

If you can't fly in an area then Evilset hasn't enabled it yet.
