Solved Game always crash after choosing character

    My brother's launcher is not working before, so we decided to update his windows. This solved the issue, however, new issue happened where everytime he choose a character to login, his launcher always crash. Anyone knows the fix on this issue?

    After the updates OS it crashed or were you able to play for a brief moment before it started crashing again? Try:
    • Running force check on launcher
    • Performing a clean reinstall of the game from: Here

    it started happening to me today for no reason also, I just deleted the cache folder and it fixed itself
