    Bug Name:
    Game Crashes Using Character Templates (converter still crashes)​
    Bug Description:
    Create a template on retail, use the converter, try to apply the converted template to Bamez and it will crash every single time.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    1) Create Template in retail BDO (NA) (Dec 2nd 2020)
    2) Use the conversation tool on the website to rename it
    3) Try to apply customization in-game, it will crash the game to the launcher every single time.


    Is this a known bug? I would really like to bring my characters over to this version of the game QQ    ​

    Retail BDO now have changed format, so it will work only in end of december, when we go to new version.
    New version of BDO have temlpate authorship, thats why u cant convert it now.
