Game failing to launch

Tried the downloading the bat file, and reinstalled aion. Also set User account Control setting to the lowest bar.
Still game fails to launch, Any idea on how to fix would be awesome ty

 

people never include the info that matters its way too vague, you will have to be a lot more specific than that

do you get any errors? when do you get them? could describe what actually happens and when

 

Every time i try to launch it just fails, i figured it was blocked so i tried the UAC. Restarted still the same.
There's no error, no message. Just absolutely Nothing lol

 

then i wouldnt use the word fails xD could mean anything

im guessing u mean the client is shut down (as in the process disappears from task manager). does this happen shortly after u click start in the gamez launcher?

this can happen when an antivirus shuts down aion.bin. currently avast 7 and iobit malware fighter do that. u have to setup an exception (preferably for the whole aion folder). if thats ur case i can help u with that

i dont have malware fighter installed so idk how to set exceptions in it, but if u dig through the program im pretty sure ull find it. alternatively u can get teamviewer and pm me the id/pass it gives u so i can do it for u remotely

the last guy who had the issue just disabled the program

 

Fixed, i uninstalled the malware fighter thanks for the help ;D
