Client Issue Game freezes after hitting "OK" at login

I've been gone for...well, a very long time. Got the itch to play again after talking about Aion with a friend the other day. I remembered this place so I thought I'd hop back in. Problem is the client doesn't want to behave. I made sure my password is right, no special characters and all that, but whenever I try to log in (and only when I use the correct information does it do this) the game just freezes. All the animations and music on the login page keep going but everything becomes unclickable and I have to restart the client. Not sure what to do.

 

What is your aion version? Our current version is Version=6.2.0.40 and if you downloaded it from torrent force re-check your aion thru torrent to validates the missing files.
