Game Hangs up

    I get the error "a problem has caused the program to stop working" when i try to launch the game. It does not do this on my desktop as it runs XP and my laptop runs 7. Is there anyway to sort this issue? I know that everything is installed correctly as like I said the hang up also occurs on my desktop. I will answer any questions that you have to the best of my ability.

    i wouldnt think it would be because of the server being down because it hangs up on the NCsoft logo screen

    try reinstall while in admin mode, like right click every installation and choose run as adminstrator, sometimes it skips a few files if not in admin mode.
    And i mean, right click the NCsoft launcher and go admin mode then reinstall, or repair might work, then right click Gamez Client installer and go admin mode.

    Fixed some problems for me like cannot connect to authorization server, might work on this prob too.

    Thanks for the help. I tried both and neither helped. Looks like I may have to stick to the desktop with this one. I'm sure I'm not the only one running 7 but I don't know what the issue is. Any other suggestions? Thanks :unsure:
