Game issue!!!!!!!! Help gm please a.s.a.p.

Well i just did some Sarpan missions then suddenely the reward items appears to be not in the item.pak i think uhhhmmmm can someone put the link inorder for me to use the reward item thank you ^^ heres a screenshot of the mission reward in the missions window and my inventory

 

it seems like there are a few bugs remaining in the quests. I encountered a player who had a completely invisible stat-wise, icon-wise, and appearance-wise sword. After checking his inventory, everything he was wearing appeared as bugged in my interface. The item he had had no name other than the usual [item: itemnumbercode] written, so I am guessing the rewards being awarded just need to be fine-tuned a bit. Sorry for the inconvenience.
