Gamez Aion won't download properly....

Hi

I used to play Gamez Aion a few years back, but now with the new update expansions and new level cap etc, I thought of coming back to play the new expansions and level my Gladiator and Mage characters up more etc.... but the problem I am having is when I come to download Gamez Aion from the site it keeps erroring out on me after the download on UTorrent and keeps telling me it won't open cause its got missing files....

so can any of the GM's or the admins please help me with this?

I'll try to help you and understand what's going on.
Do you finished the download via Ncsoft launcher or Torrent? or are you getting error when you try to do so?

its when I download it from the Gamez Aion site and it starts to download using my UTorrent, but when the download has finished it says I cannot open it cause there's files missing, but it doesn't tell me what files are missing tho, so I am finding this a bit weird.

damn I can't as I went and deleted it without thinking.... BAH!.... real sorry about that.... I will have to re-download it again and if the same happens I will get back to ya.... unless you have got any other suggestions?

 

Ok, try to download it by Ncsoft launcher or Utorrent, if the error persists, post a screenshot of it here.
Unfortunately i don't know what's happening, i'll wait for your reply and wait for an AM response.

 

do you have a link for me for the right NCsoft Launcher? cause last time I played it was the old NCsoft launcher from back in the day when Guildwars first came out, also I kept having to switch it to America on the launcher so I could play cause I don't live in America I live in the United Kingdom you see man, so I would be classed as EU not US.

It is best that you just download from the torrent so you won't have to do any downgrading. After the torrent, run gamezaion as administrator so it could check your bin32 folder's files and update it with the latest required files to run it on gamez.

 

I would do that JessiHan but as I have already stated when I download it using UTorrent it keeps failing after it downloads and tells me there's files missing.

 

Try disabling your anti virus when downloading the program.

 

OH FA FRAK SAKE!!!.... I managed to download it ok by turning my antivirus off, but then when I came to open it by using the administrator it came up with another bleeding error

 

You are missing a ton of files lol... x_x Plus your Aion folder is very messy. I don't even know if that is the Gameforge client since you said you downloaded it from the torrent >.<

Also.. What is this launcher hybrid I'm seeing in there.. It says NC launcher but it has the Gameforge logo >.>

 

please if you don't mind, and as for the gameforge Aion that is the free to play original server I was playing for a while, cause I couldn't get on gamez aion, but if you can please help me get gamez aion working so I can continue on my level 55 Gladiator and my level 55 mage?.... then I will be so greatful..... so whats this teamviewer thing?

OK Dimitra I found out what this teamviewer is and I have downloaded it just now and have it up and running, so do you need my ID and Password or something on it???

Update: The player was simply starting the game from the wrong folder We installed the gamez launcher on the right folder. He also needed to downgrade which means he had installed the client through NCsoft. We downgraded aswell and he was good to go.
