Bug Description:

Gathering is using Energy regardless of Gathering Level​

How to reproduce/proof:

I'm currently Guru 6 Gathering, I've been gathering quite a long time with lots of time behind it to see the Energy Consumption rates for being higher in the Gathering. Almost every single node at the moment is consuming Energy. Before the restart this was not the case. Its like I'm Artisan gathering again...​

It's not only gathering, but farming also. I have 266 max energy with M15 gathering, by my energy is depleted in 30 minutes.

So sorry to answer your question like this but as far as I am aware our server has always worked with Energy spending on all gatherings and the level of the skill as an indicator for tool durability usage and amount of materials gathered.

 

Hola @loboram. Na m8, it's not that. It's the amount that is being used. The amount of energy you spend at the moment (during gathering/farming) is insanely high. Before the update it was as in retail. I don't know if this a bug or intentionally, but it's absolutely nothing compared with retail. Unfortunately no admin has replied to this to confirm what's going on.

 

So, someone in the guild mentioned that there was a Q&A with Kolka and I found the video. It's weird that he is able to tell a youtuber why this has been nerfed, but not here.
