gear etc.

Hi,
i reinstalled the game after a ~2 year break, and now i am not able to wear my gear from those days. (If i want to wear my gear i get this message: You cannot use the selected item until you reach the Ely/Asmo Army Governor; Soldier Rank 6 rank etc.)
I also noticed that several skills, like mp recovery/herb treatment doesn't work also when i try to use the skill i get this message: Property skills unaviable [Sin skill: Sprinting].
Even my scrolls and powershards doesn't work anymore, are there some new Greater Running Scrolls etc. ?

Elite Arbiter/Arbiter gear is useless, you can throw if doesn't have a good skin (which can be skinned again).
You need "Odella Powder" in order to use "Herb Treatment" skill (it recovers HP+MP...merged effects time ago).
Spriting and Apply Deadly Poison are passive skills now, they are ALWAYS actived.
Shard=new power shards (can be purchased from webshop).
Running/Attack speed scrolls can be purchased from webshop...there is new transformation (can buy from webshop or by joining in-game battlegrounds) system which give those stats anyway, take a look at it.

Wow these are bad news, i just have +5k greater running/attack scrolls
What's the name of the current gear everyone is using?

 

Yes, new wings have much better stats and you will reach max attack speed with transformation system (you can use scrolls as well).

Webshop gear, better ultimate cloud war one...(mostly depends by class and manastone build).

btw. where do i get some gear cause with my ea gear the dmg is equal to 0 even at lvl 51 mons at gelkmaros

You can skin veille/masta as many times you want to.

 

How? I got these skins on my arbiter/ea gear, every time i try to skin my UCW gear it doesn't work.
