Gelkmaros teleport... Not working?

So, I've been trying to get to Gelkmaros to explore for the better part of the day. However, I cannot seem to get the obelisk portal in Pandaemonium's Airship Dock to activate. Am I the only one with this problem? If not, how do I get it to work?

Gelkamaros is actually a part of 2.0 so you are not the only one with the problem.

Elyos can't go to Inggison so it's a likewise feeling.

Only the teleporters are in place for now.

 

have to wait till chlora scripts all the mobs, or till sept 7th when 2.0 hits retail​
