getting problems with the launcher

excuse me,i'm a player from Bali,Indonesia.
i've problems with the launcher.when i open the launcher the logo of ncsoft launcher comes and the program stop running.
i've already download the new one from the forum but i get the same problems on the launcher,and i try to copy from my friend(he can play gamezaion on his computer)but i get the same problems again...
can you help me how to settle this so i can play gamezaion again please....:sad::sad::sad:
