getting sick of crystal

i'm really getting sick of crystal aion becuase of the low and kinda noob population. there is no one to join me in a party to go to DP. and when i enter a rift there are hardly any elyos.
and no events just sucks. all of this is annoying me and i think ill just go back to gamez. where I can PvP normally and i can easily find a good legion or group for DP.

 

Just give it a little time, hun. Crystal is going to get better. Karissa and Anon were on yesterday to take care of some of the issues on the server, and Carl is hiring GMs to manage Crystal as well. Server is steadily getting more populated as well ^^

 

It's sounds like retail O.O

 

There will be more events as soon as the new GM Me and ashtar GM account been activeded.

If that's so, why was Anon logged in last night? : P As a volunteer? Typed //gmlist and anon was up there. Whisp'd too.

Well i just started the server(and the game) and it seems fine too me, hate large populated servers. Then again I'm not interested in pvp (yet), had enough of that on RO.

no just joking but i think there are many new guys out there. they dont know that much. like they dont know whats DP. or some dont know how to do a DP run well and all that kinda stuff. On gamezaion its just much easier to find a decent party for such things.

 

well it is and stays a server thats made for training and retail like stuff
And its brand new so, have a little patience plz and dont start whining this fast.

 

Not defending Crystal nor am I flaming you, but maybe not a lot of people needed DP when you were looking for a group? I mean, once you get everything you need there, there's no real reason at all to go back unless:

1. You want to farm DP stuff for enchants/selling (personally, I'd rather go to Core and get Elder stuff for enchants with possible pvp fun, and I don't really see the need to have gazillions of kinah on Crystal anyway, but that's just my take on it.)

2. You are farming for an Alt

In any case, maybe it's just bad luck on your end if you haven't completed your set yet and can't find a group. Once I got my full set though, I went Core all the way and never went back to DP.

 

she did nothing. she never was a real gm after the crystal incident. and i guess they've been making excuses that keep getting refuted to get her fired. they just decided to fire her now without any real reason.

but still it seems weird that almost the whole staff is refreshing again.

 

The application won't be closed, it'll be permanently left open now so when GMs need to be chosen Carl can go pick an application (considering the user is still active, of course) instead of waiting a week to allow everyone to get their applications in.

As for Anon, I have no idea why he/she was demoted (or even promoted last time) again.

Crystal will get better over time but as with any small community it will take some work and patience before it really fires up.

was promoted cuz the excuse was that she was staff for SAION (meaning a few of these other GMs fall into that category also :whistling but that was proven to be lies. I think she may have caused friction with karissa yesterday night though
