Not sure what you did wrong in there, but it looks like you copied the girl from somewhere else and pasted it there

 

As I said it's a photomanip, yes that girl is from a stock image, also the hand, the bg and all... I just mixed them and played with adjustments, that's how manipulation is, basically. Ofc you can draw some objects and details too, if you can draw good.

 

Ah, dunno anything about those photo editing software, but the hand looks good.
