Glad Elyos flying at Gelkmaros

I used a flying subway or w/e you want to call it, and stopped at the end of it. I was chatting with some friends ingame, while I saw a Glad Elyos flying and attacking above my head. I tried to kill him, but since he was flying, it was harder to hit him, and I died. So, I decided to report him. Here's the place where I was, that's the end of the flying subway I used:
