Glory Points and how to get them

Well, there is something that is discouraging me every day that I enter the game, it is the fact that players only enter the server to stand for glory points, while some players who play for fun or else have a goal higher, such as reaching the top 1 rank, but ...
Unfortunately glory points can only be achieved by doing events, or standing still like a potato there in Lakrum, I find this unfair.
I enter the game I will hunt several of the opposing race, and when I do this I only gain AP, and I do not gain anything from GP, and as I am working or most of the time occupied during the May part of the day, there is a player who entered the 03:00 PM and logged in all day, get more GP than I, I went to kill, duel, do events and etc ...
I wonder if you're going to change it or will it stay the same?

 

i agree to this, GP should be attainable by joining events and not "standing like a potato", gaining AP for being AFK is okay but GP? thats kinda unfair for people who wants to reach the top and wants their pc to not get damage by continuously having it on
