GM help my character got bug.....

    GM please do something about my character name Whapak ill been waiting almost a week for my charcter to be fix but still my character got bug my character is beneath the ground cant use it anymore this is the second time that happen to my character the first 1 i delete and i have many equips there and this time my other character again i dont want to delete it cause i cant retrieve the name if i delete it so please gm help me for this thnx... i hope u can fix this

    yes bro i already broadcast my info there but still they dint fix it im still waiting almost a week
    i dont know what happen to my character
