Gm need help

Please i tried to log in but whenever i finish typing my id and password the game is hang up i try to wait but nothing is happening please need assisstance...thank you...

 

ah this one sounds familiar most frequently its a directx issue since the game runs on directx 9.0c but most people have 10 or 11 which is too new and it doesnt know how to render graphics properly

this will install the required files from directx 9.0c, it should fix the issue. if it doesnt, then run ncsoft launcher -> right click aion -> repair, but i dont think ull need to. in any case this should fix it

EDIT: remember to restart ur pc once ur done installing the directx xD some guy in the past forgot to do it after like an hour we ran out of ideas, then asked if he restarted his pc lol, fixed after restart

 

but it doesn't flash a message that u enter a wrong pass...

Download the "DIRECT X end user"

I guess that was your prob........

 

thats coz without directx it cant even bring up the message (if the login was wrong that is) it freezes when u click login or press enter (the hotkey for it) ^^
