GM please help missing characters and abg gear after 6 months rest of game

Hello, i started this game about an year ago and i lost all my ABG gears i nearly had an full set with fused Wweapons all +15 i payed quite allot for it over 150 dollars and was wondering is this what always happens if u quit that u lose ur characters if u dont log in a long time?? if so can i still get my purchased items +15 back to me ?? my game main name is HatedSoul my inlog is marvin11 i would please want to hear from this seeing i spend allot on this game thank u

 

6 months is fine, the account is deleted after 7+ months of inactivity

if u can still login, it means u most likely logged into the wrong server (siel instead of lumiel etc). if ur account was deleted for inactivity, u wouldnt even be able to login, it would say ur account doesnt exist

 

true. same thing happened to me. I took a rest for more than 8 months and my account was deleted for good.
