GM !! return my 1k credit vip back to me !!

GM....i just bought my 2x torquise abg ring ....now only have 1 in my inventory !!

I check my History ..only bought 1...but my credit become 70 (before purchasing is 2070 credit)

Urgently need that credit to refund or return me back 1x abg torquise ring..!!! VIP end on 30/1/11 !!!

Take a ss of your Purchase History
and a ss of your Player Inventory and Warehouse

 

how to post ss ??? can teach me ?

 

Lol k i see you're from Malaysia too so i guess it wont be that hard explaining it

Open your Purchase History at www.gamezaion.com and press the Print Screen button on your keyboard
then start Paint(Start > Accessories > Paint) and hit Ctrl + V

Then save the image and upload it to www.imageshack.com
After you're done uploading,copy the direct link of the image,and paste it here like this
[.IMG]<YourDirectLinkHere>[./IMG] without the red dots

For player inventory,start your Aion,go to the Warehouse,open up your warehouse and also your inventory
Then press the Print Screen button,it should automatically take a screenshot
Then go to www.imageshack.com and upload it and paste it here
The file should be in NCSoft > Aion > Screenshots

Added: If the screenshots not found in your aion folder>Screenshot, you can also try this one:
1. Open your paint, take a screenshot & Ctrl+v or paste it on your paint.
2. Save it on any folders you want.
3. Upload it to http/www.imageshack.us/

i didnt lost it...it just never appear in my inventory....i bought for 2x abg torquise ring...but only got 1 in my Leliya's inventory...

and i was told by my fren...should log in and out for 2nd purchase from the website...i didn't know that....

When i click to purchase the 2nd ring...it show that I need to wait for 1 min for another purchase...then i wait for 1min...didnt log out..and then i purchase the 2nd ring...

After that, i log in to my character and discover that only have 1x ABG ring in my inventory....i checked website and show only bought for 1x abg ring...

But...the TRUTH is...i bought for 2 ring....and my credit from 2070 become 70...where my 1k credit ???? So, Hopefully GM can checked this out and return back my credit or give me back 1x abg Torquise ring....
