I suggest that all the GMs make a schedule and everyone to have their own shifts to be online so that 24/7 we will have someone online. That way we can report things like hackers or bug abusers straight to the GMs and they can take the necessary actions right away. I know someone will say "there's a report section, so use it". The game is to play, it is not for waiting to catch someone hacking, and when I go to PvP, I can't know whether I will meet a hacker or not and I can't always be prepared to get the necessary proof, although the GMs can teleport to the player and check it. And if the hacker kills me I might not had the time to capture it on a video, so if this shifts thing is introduced we can simply whisper the name/race/class/violation to the GMs at that very moment and so the hacker is caught in action.
I think that this can contribute to a more hack-free environment for the players.

    Please comment :)

I suppose that if it is considered they can work it out.

Think a little bit about their lifes. They are doing it for free its not like they get payed for this. Its just a game for them too, it would be stupid to turn it into a "job". Its impossible to expect something like that. They are helping for fun, do you wanna destroy that and make an obligation out of it? Ofc it would be nice having them in shifts so someone could always be online. But dont be so egoistic, this is still just a private server.

No offence, just telling my opinion =3
