GMs

Ok this is just a thought And Im wondering

Basically I ALMOST never see a gm on Im on at random parts of the day but 95% of the time No GM. I have seen post where people think we should have more? Now I understand that Gms need to be people you can trust with the position. And that yes the current gms have lives and dont play all day just to fix our problems. there are ALOT of GM applications and im sure some of them Play in the time zones where they WILL be on during the times the current gms are not. Is there not a way to give them like Temporary power to test them out how they would handel the position?

Im just asking in a attempt to help everyone because getting "There are go GM online" msg all the time must annoy more than just me.
