Golden Bell and adventure tome not effect voodoo scroll exp gain​

Bug Description:

After level 66, voodoo scroll is probably the only way to level 70. The 100% exp increase from Golden Bell and the 30% exp gain from adventure's tome did not affect the exp gain from this. I don't know if this is a bug or it is intended.

Without the Mercenary's Experience scroll(you only get 1 per day which last 1h), you get 0.027% per voodoo scroll and you will need to repeat this process over 2200 times to gain 1 level. from level 66 to level 70 that would require almost 9K voodoo scroll. This is such a long process for me doing around 100 voodoo scrolls per hour as a gear cap player.

Thus, I was wondering if it would be possible to add some webshop items to make the process of leveling to 70 a little bit easier, such as a stackable exp scroll like the Mercenary's Experience scroll you get daily?

How to reproduce/proof:

combine 5 Manshaum Voodoo Doll and finish the summon quest.
check the exp gain with/without adventure tome or bell.​
