Graphic-pc problem or lag problem?

I would like to know why I have so much lag or is my computer which makes me have so much lag in crowded areas like pandemonium iggnison ......................... ......

My computer is e6750@3.2ghz, 3'5 gb RAM, nvdia 8800gt oc2, use all the graphics on low, and my conex is ADSL 6 MB, i use leatrix latency fix.

In areas with large populations I can hardly move, even using shift + f12 is also very difficult. What could be my problem? Some hon friends with computers worse, they say they do well.

 

Aion is processor heavy, you're going to get a lot of lag with a single core running a graphics card like that.
Maybe buying a new graphics card would make it better. How much RAM do you have?

my cpu is dual core, maybe only one is working in Aion?
