ground PVP?

groud pvp look like a very good ideal.. i like it a lot.
But people are still flying in beluslan and heiron.
you don't need prove,you already know the command g_freefly=1.
i am too lazy to upload a ss where you can see that ppl are flying even after the patch, in beluslan.

PS:this was a report to admins,developers,etc.
PS2: don't be stupid, don't reply, is not regarding any player.
