    hi....im planning to buy GTX 660 card for my old pc...as what i hav know ddr5 vcard will run on any PCI slots...my pc can run ddr3 and vcard..

    i have $150 budget....anyone will recommend some better card worth as this price

    Depends on how much your powersupply can handle.

    For 160 you can get a better GTX 750. But not much you can buy with 150. I bought mine for 390. Its a 770

    i have no budget for the 700+ series sir..im just upgrading my vcard to improve my fps in game....btw..is gtx 660 a good gaming card?

    Well, I have to know how much the rest of your computer is using. But most powersupplies can handle this card but it does use quite bit of power.

    my pc is old...im just using GIGABYTE DUO (ddr2/ddr3 ram slot) i got only 4gb ram
    i hav quad core 2.6 intel processor
    600w power supply
    and my old GT 420 2gb , 128 bit card



    im upgrading my vcard for my fps ...i got very low fps with my card ryt now...
    i hav no buget in upgrading my cpu, rams ,MOBO, etc...
    i prefer vcard coz i can still use it whenever i got some money to upgrade my pc

    eww. get a better processor as well if your motherboard can socket and try upgrading to a 750 watt powersupply in the future

    but for now...can i buy a new vcard with that old pc? can i run that gtx 660 or 750 with that mobo sir?

    I tried both AMD and Intel. It is all personal preference and how everything is setup. I love my i7 4.2ghz quad core. It acts like an 8 core processor even though its not XD

    Plus it also matters what type of motherboard you have. AMD can only be socketed on motherboards that supports AMD. Same for intel.
