    I'd really like to know so I wouldn't waste AP on gearing my templar, instead I'd get GPP/APP and trade for VIP's ABG parts :unsure:

    It's not bugged. It's unpurchaseable ingame so players need to spend their money for it. Buy GPP/APP instead.

    its not bugged thats blocked xD
    how would carl get donations if it was easy to get ing
    they are right.. well if i were carl i would put like 30m ap each part to give ppl a reason to keep a high ranker
