    They are not bugged.

    You are not able to purchase GBG or ABG Via the NPC.

    We offer ABG set as a credit only item on the Web Shop and In-Game shop. Thank you and have a nice day.

    Im not sure if your the person that I talked to in game but I will tell you the same thing I told them.
    GBG and ABG items are not bugged they were purposely removed, they are donation and vote only items.
    That means that you can get them in game via npc's only through the web shop or black cloud shop or trades.
