I am not sure if this is meant to be a joke but you do know that Dragon's Calling is based on hits applied, not the amount of skills you use. Almost all skills in BDO for all classes hit more than once. In the case of Guardian, a lot of the skills hit 4-10 times. So, yes, of course it would hit 10 Dragon's Calling incredibly fast. Even in your own video you see this happening where the number quickly shoots up to 6/7 and then shoots up again to 10. Did you not watch your own video?

 

^ Wrong for example on retail first skill in that vid gives only 4 stacks, because it has 2 real hits and it's 2 handed skill. It shouldn't count every single hit.
