    Bug Name:
    Guards do no dmg while negative in towns.​
    Bug Description:
    Could you make so guards can kill u and degrade armor in towns while in negative karma since they dont do any dmg right now.​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    1 kill = 1M Karma
    And Negative Karma won't go Down -700K
