    Guild crafting bugged​
    Bug Description:
    This item https://bdocodex.com/us/item/9901/ can't be taken out by my members only if they are Officers. No regular member or Quartermaster can take it out from storage, not even if they are in the guild house.
    [Guild] Clearance Permit is used in every other crafted item's design and according to the tooltip of the item, "- Used By: Guild Members". This item can be taken out in a guild house by regular members on retail.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Every detail is provided above I think.​
