Guildmate banned for fly bug

Hi ppl,i would like to let you know that one of my guildmates has been banned cause he got the fly bug in abyss.
I'm sure everyone of you playin in this server for a while knows already about the abyss fly bug,and the rhonnam bug too.
Everyone of us has seen ppl using it and abusing it,and i still didnt see anyone banned for it.
But that's not my point,my point is that i say it's not fair to ban a player just cause the bug activated!!
Magomerlino (that's his ign) never used hacks,he's a donator,and i challenge anyone to prove the opposite (if you know him you know he's not so stupid to waste a donator account for something like this).
He wasnt abusing the bug,and he got banned like 5 seconds after the bug activated.
So what if a new player or someone who isnt aware of the bug does it?
is he goin to be banned just cause he managed to do it?
You should at least look at the player and see if he'll abuse of it or no,that's a big difference.
That bug can happen to anyone,aware of it or not.
I just want to know if i'm the only one thinking that it's unfair to ban someone just cause it happened.

If a ban like that it's right for you,a gm could just go to rhonnam and ban every single person who tries to take the flight for crimson LOL

 

We do not normally permanently ban for bug abusing unless the person does it multiple times. His ban is most likely a temporary 24 hour ban.

 

i know magomerlino in real life,and i can say he never used any hack,he also donate to the server,to help the development,i dont think a normal person will use an hack after he donate....cannot be such stupid to risk his real money...he is a good guy,and my long time guildmate,our guild has a long story on mmorpg,we never used the hacks in any games,the italian jobs play fair!dont forget

PS:btw magomerlino got accuse of dmg hack...only cuz a noob got oneshotted with 4k dp skill then QQ on server...we are just skilled...^^

 

What is this fly bug? Im serious, coz i dont know it and dont wanna be punished...

its the same bug as ronnam...when u try to tele to a fortress u dont get tele and got super speed...but if u dont know that u can get accidently bugged,i already reported few days ago that

 

i dont know if it's the same kind of bug you're talking about,he bugged while he was pvping at core.he was flying and killed one elyos,than when he moved again he moved faster than before,and then he got banned.
I know how to do the rhonnam bug,but i dont know about this one.All i know is that there's ppl that knows how to do it and can replicate it.

 

This guy must of been abusing the bug for some time to firstly be reported, then watched by a GM to confirm.

 

he never abused of any bug...he got bugged for 11 secs...if u glide the bug got cancelled

 

He is unbanned now.
