    That's correct! NCsoft redesigned the UI in 4.0, and from what I understand, you can now try most popular outfits & armor sets when creating a character, as to get a good idea of what your character will be looking like. Also, seems like they built in a favorites section, where you can save presets for later use, or that's what it seems to be at least.

    "Character slot limit has been increased" i think it referes to the character limit on our accounts, but im not sure about it.

    Seems gunner has a some delay to attack, I think it will have more damage (Maybe more than sorcerer).

    meaning, its gonna suck ass on gamez because of all the magic supression gear, yay :D another sucky class XD

    regarding your observation on the balaur, if you compare their gear to the new 4.0 sets, you can easily draw the conclusion that these balaurs are from one of Beritra's Balaur Legions. I'm hoping we get to meet Beritra rather soon now =P
