hacked on gamezbd account

hey kolka someone has changed my password and email to my account i cant log i mentioned this on forums and carl a while ago and no response



some one had listed my account forsale dont know how they got the info for it



i was requesting for a email and password change



now today i am no longer able to log in



hey carl my name is ray, i have a serious issue at hand and wondering what can be done? someone has hacked into my gamezbd account and changed my email. i just seen a post on a website that they are selling it seen pictures up and im curious can i have my email changed. i cant seem to find a way to do it pls. im just hopng something can be resolved. i have invested alot of money so far in the game on the acct and i really hope we can change the email so this person doesnt end up selling my acct to god knows who i had already msged laredal on forums with no response...this account has been sold and i cant log my friend in voice chat said my acct left guild

 

I do not remember seeing a message from you, but I was away for a bit, and sometimes miss a message here and there while switching between them. That being said, it is stated in the gameznetwork rules that we are to be careful of our account details: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/server-rules.87934/ . To my knowledge, emails are not able to be changed, or at least that is what i was told previously by another staff member. You could also try sending a pm to @Carl .

 

I had pm Carl and Kolka on discord with all information and no response. Now I am unable to login. I really dont know what to do at this point.

I dont even know how they got I to my account or even changed my email to the account
