you can easely see i wasn`t dueling him , he started attacking me suddenly ... ban the hacker .

 

Theres a bug duel... if you don't do /duel, both of you can't use skills and the only way to fix this is to logout and quit the game... Did this happen? Because maybe he didn't do those steps and you're still set as a target for him, along with as you watch he's not using skills, which kinda leads to him NOT being a hacker.

 

i never dueled him today , i challenged him twice but he denied both ... but he`s abusing a bug because he is stalking me in beluslan and he doesn`t let me fill my life , abuse bug = ban , correct ?

 

Theres other ways of starting this bugs, doesn't mean he did it on purpose... Yes, abusing bugs do lead to bans, but something as simple as this and can be easily avoidable shouldn't lead to a ban. I also had this bug, but it happened by itself, does that mean I get banned for doing nothing?

Now, if he doesn't let you regen your health, you could always leave the area, and do so, it's not a hard subject.

 

why should i be the one leaving beluslan since it`s not my fault ? Just put him in prison for some hours , so next time when this bug will occure , he will stop harrassing people ...

 

This is a good point. If he is deliberately abusing the bug, he is breaking a rule intentionally.
