HAckers and such (Semi QQ thread)

I am a failry good Pvper and wouldn't dream of hacking, yet whenever i set foot in gelk, there always seems to be at least 2 of each of these (sometimes the same player) Animamation clippers, Speed Hacker, Blink (where your charatcher is invun but u cant still attack), its all getting a little bit too much now, This has to stop, becoz eventually it will ruin a lot of fun and people will keave and stop donating, atm this server is epic and fun. But there seriously needs to be a more active clamp down on HAcking and such the likes of.

Neway thats my 2 pence out the way, feel free to troll this thread, we all know the problems lets please see smt done about it

This is a full on QQ thread.

And GM's are doing their best to catch hackers, but they can't be everywhere at once. Perhaps a suggestion like "Hire more GM's" would be simple, but the screening process to make sure they are capable is fairly tedious I can only assume.

At any rate, AM's are humans to, it's not like if you submit a report, a person automatically gets banned. Just keep in mind they ARE working to help the server.

Perhaps you should start taking screenshots or video clips of said hackers and reporting them, that would be smarter and more productive then just complaining about them.

 

Yeah it's quite a big problem, however if you don't cooperate the AMs by recording videos & stuff, you won't really get rid of the hackers.
Also you can use the .gmlist command & kindly ask an online Aionmaster to port on you & track down the hacker with your assistance.

 

well setting up that kinda thing is quite expensive to do so properly and even then it doesnt always show conclusive eveidence, something in the system has to change, just not what we are continuing to do

GMs just are banning report in forum with video
I agree that need more GM's, 1 GM just for search haker asmo, and other for search ely, when a player annouce "xxxx is hacker location", so need GM for check

 

well i agree with u and im saying that lately , out HGM is the one banning ppl........................................................

 

there also need to a be a code in the system that flares up when someone repeatedly hacks as well.

 

elyos Bilibid legion members most of them are speed hackers, an example player that many of us noticed him "Cathlene" elyos ranger on siel he's been doing that about a month but we cant have a video for i dont have the software.....another one is an elyos general forgot the name.........

 

that is the prime example of needing coding to catch the culprits. or a program that catches unwanted game breaking behaviour

 

What Zee said is right if u don't have time to record a vid "same as my case" just ask any Gm online to check him , and they actually response for ur pm and check him , some of asmos I have been reported to Gm to check them , now I don't see them in the game even they were high ranks , anyway it's a problem yes , and thanks for the thread , it's not a "QQ thread " =.= .

 

I'm reading the forum part where these hackers/explioters get banned each day, and they do work and banning tho, but something pointing out fingers without proof or any help ingame is not good, best if u call ingame GM/AM and track them or make a video.

 

this is why im asking or suggesting a Catcher or some coding implimented within the game to auto catch repeat offeneders

 

I've only met 1 good AM and 1 "ok" AM. The rest don't know much about the game, don't know what's going on with the game, like if this or that is being looked into or fixed. And there are a few AMs that are bias towards some players. I always find it funny to see some AMs trying to do Q&A when they don't know much. I'm not mentioning names as this is the ONLY respectful thing I will show to such AMs. I do have some screenshots of the questions and help I tried seeking for and the response I get though. So..not sure how the screening process is..but definitely not determining which are capable or not.
