Hacking? Couldn't damage

    I was flying and a ranger comes out of invisibility so I use my Inescapable judgment on it right away, but he evades it which would be normal if he has focused evasion. But after that, every other move I use on him either only dealt 0/30-60 damage (I have abg staff and acc.) or got resisted and evaded.

    A follow up would be much appreciated.
