    Bought some items from the special shop and none appeared in the inventory nor mail. How long do I have to wait for? I bought em like 3 hours ago. Still nothing.

    Log off the character and re log in. Webshop will eventually express mail you the item.

    I relogged like 5-10 times.. Wouldn't make a post if I wouldn't try everything xD If any Game Master can help me, I'll pm the webshop history :D

    I received by items VIA express mail usually 3-5 minutes after purchasing them. Make sure you're checking the right character.

    yea.. I tried again, still no item. I'm checking the right character.. I bought the items like max 30 minutes after the special shop was introduced and I was online on the character.. Still no items. Nada xd

    Isn't there a receipt on the Web page that tells you that you bought an item. Can you see if you actually did?
    Look for history.

    If that's the case, nothing you can do but wait some more. In the event that 24 hours has passed, send a message to the HGM and attach a screenshot of your purchase history.

    Kindly make sure your inventory have free slots before you purchase through WEB SHOP, otherwise it will be bugged. But, re-logging will fix the problem.

    If you purchase when your selected character is online, about 5-10 minutes an express mail should appear. If ever not, just change character for a while and then go back again to that specific character that you have used for the purchase.
