Elow people..i've been noticing many bug reports all over the threads...in my honest opinion, the punishment should be more hard...come on Gm's,admins you have been constantly reminding us not to do this and do that but some dickheads still wanna play dirty..to be straight instead of 1st penalty 1hr ban make it 1m0nth ban..if that faggot hacker repeats then make it permanent..thats how you break their horns..just sayin

Well, even how frustrating i know how it is when someone abuse a bug against you, i believe the punishment for this doesn't need to be more than already is (even i know some players deserve), first of all is, the server is guilty of this problems, and as this bugs take a little to get fixed, all it can be done is try to soften the things, teach the players to do not use this bugs as an advantage.
It's not the same as the players that use hack programs, the hack programs are not server problem, that's why the punishment is heavy.

No, the problem is all the phishers and impersonators running around. I still don't understand why the chat filter blocks "www" and "wtb gold para godstone" but not "weebly", "wix", "tk" and so on. That alone would reduce their numbers so much, let alone what more dedicated measures could achieve.

Accidental bug abuses can happen to anyone, can't perma ban for one slip.

It wont if they dont cheat..it will if they be found guilty and be permanently banned..besides if a player doesnt use hacks why would he be afraid?

Well as @Razor said, accidents with bug abusing might happen to anyone, so it would be stupid to permanently ban someone for it. Hackers do get their own punishment.

Imagine yourself in their shoes, you accidentally use empowerment with a spirit, someone reports you, bam permanent ban, not so fun anymore, is it?

Hackers would get banned permanently. But abusers are a different case. Do you realize how many first offense bans for 1h we issued where the person didn't even know about the bug? We always send a message detailing what it was. Do you realize how many have had an actual 2nd offense? Not NEARLY as many. And when they do, we proceed with the normal bug abuse punishments. That's all.

Apparent you didn't understand my argument. The point was that people didn't even know they were "tricks" in the first place. Anyway, the punishment will stay as-is. End of story.

Are you sure you know what you're talking?

Because be sufficiently aware of the limit not to cross it is not as important as being able to play in conditions where the sense of injustice is permanent?

Because the problem is not to know what level of sanction must put -on but why there are there so many hacker or cheaters!

I myself have been banned permanently and I can tell you (believe it or not) that I'm not a cheater, much less a hacker.
I just know that some players on Lumiel were bound to lose against me and they said that I was a cheater.
After discussing with Ams, I realized that I could not fight against the supremacy and injustice that causes private donations
I see cheats and injustices every time I log in but the real cheaters are those who do not identify it is easier to sanction the others !
No injustices = no cheaters ! That is all !

The problem is that good players are not those who always win !

Actually, you got caught abusing 1v1 portals and gp trading 4+ times (a couple times where we combined the punishment) so let's not talk about who cheats and who doesn't.

I was just playing with another player at my home ... does leave on 1vs1 should be punished
On lumiel, lot of players do that, but maybe they dont have some credits to reset ....

On siel, Rics is always connected with his 2nd avatar and w8ting for 1vs1 luck ....i see everyday people who win 4 or 5 times for each event but i understand that is more harder to punish them.

I can say you i am honorable, if u really know my history on lumiel you could undersdtand.

    I am sincerely sorry .

I swear. The next time I see you spread lies about your ban or blame us for your poor choices I will lose the patience I've had with you for a month now. Stop.

I think you don't know what you're talking about, since Hacks ≒ Bug abusing.
That being said, the punishments that are in place are more than fair.
The question that remains is: Who pissed in your cornflakes?

They don't take a little to get fixed. They could be fixed right now. Even Puddles knows how to fix the bugs.
Even I know how to fix skill-related bugs, lol. (And shop-related bugs too) I'm sure even other people can fix some of these bugs.
The only bottleneck is literally @Carl since he apparently prefers playing Sonic the Hedgehog over fixing the easiest issues. What's really frustrating about this is that this doesn't even take that long. [/rant end]

Anyways, close request as the idea in this thread has been apparently rejected.

I guess those people who caught "bug abusing" are unaware of what they're doing. That's why the first offence was introduced. For them to be more careful next time and also to notify them that what they're doing is bug abusing. As dementa said, the second offence punishment lessens. Because the players who caught bug abusing in the first place are already aware of what they're doing. It's kinda unfair if you want to banned them for 1 month.

The one that irritates me on this server are the hackers who keeps shouting and LFG'ing some hack sites. There many cases that has been already solved but the mere fact, once they get banned, they'll just create another account and keep doing the same thing. I suggest an ip banned for those assholes. I mean they're really getting on my nerves.
