Have a bug with my pet gifts Please help

Hello folks,
I seem to be having an issue with certain gift items I've received from my pet. I received a furniture item from my pet and though it has been registered into my studio warehouse it wont let me place the item, hopefully you can see the attachment, there is a hand with a red circle much like you would see when you hover your mouse over a plant you cannot farm, as soon as i click to set the item it goes back into the warehouse. this is a new problem beginning only yesterday, all other furniture gifted by my pet worked fine.
this has happened with 2 furniture items so far.(I looked at the screenshots and for some odd reason the hand with the red circle doesn't show, but on my screen while in game it does)
I tried doing the items pack suggested in the forums in the hopes it might help in some way and the I was unable to get the items pack to work other than removing the notices on items that could not be traded, i did test it each time and could not trade untradeable. ultimately i had to run a repair with ncsoft and redo the downgrade.
I do hope that when the system launches 3.0.0.5 these wee bug issues are resolved, until then can someone tell me if there is anything I can do on my end to try to fix this please? Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

when the untradeable text on items goes away, it means the items.pak works as it should and ud need VIP to trade the items u have in mind

3.0.0.5 has nothing to do with it btw, its a server side bug they can fix anytime regardless of ur client version. also the server isnt running any specific version, it just supports all clients between 3.0.0.1 and 3.0.0.4 completely and anything above that gets a group bug

 

so the wee pet gift bug is on retail side if what you mean and nothing gamez can do about it is what you mean? please forgive me but Im not really all that comp savy... meanwhile you're really good at this lol and i want to thank you in advance for clarifying it for me.
