Havn't play for few weeks and my acc is banned???

    What is wrong with my account??!!!
    Last I played aion on 31st of October and today my account is banned. I don't understand.
    I suspect that someone has stolen my account and used it.

    Here are messages from my acc on gamezaion.com:
    ACTION: Account Banned ( 2015-11-08 02:49:44 )

    Notice please dates, I didn't play aion during this time. Please help me restore my account.

    No. I don't know exactly what scam site is. Admin should look on IP. it must be different from mine. I play aion only on 1 PC.

    Try to look on the name. If the name is yours then you shouldn't complain.

    First I need to change my password. But it's not possible. I click on Change password and the page reloads, nothing more.

    • Where do you play from (country)
    • Type ipconfig /all in cmd and send me a screenshot (i need to check your MAC address, or just send me your MAC)
    • When was the last time you played on your account?

    I can see that your account has some unusual activity from previous days (before the ban), so I'll give you a chance and have a look at this. But be quick with the PM.
